  I have being seeing Leon for the last year. Every session is hard work but fun and varies from week to week and in the summer working out on Ham Common which is great.If you have any injuries or pain Leon is brilliant at helping with this or working round it.I have also used the nutritionist and sports massage thapists who are also very good. Very highly recommended.

  Excellent treatment and service!!! I had been suffering from debilitating problems with my back for several months. By profession, I am a martial arts instructor. The continuous pain and discomfort in my back was starting to drastically affect my performance and ability to teach. I had tried several treatments, including various forms of massage, alternative therapy and physiotherapy, all to no avail. I initially heard about PhysioExtra Practice through word of mouth. A good friend had made excellent progress following a complex ankle operation and recommended the practice. I was seen by Leon for my first session and was instantly made to feel at ease and very welcome. He gave me a thorough examination and was able to quickly pinpoint the root cause of the problems in my back. Following his prognosis, I was given a treatment plan and also various back exercises to commit to at home. After my very first session, my back felt better and has continued to improve with every subsequent treatment. Several weeks on, I am back to fighting fit and my physical condition has vastly improved. I can honestly say that the treatment I received was second to none and very affordable.   I've been to many physiotherapists in London and I can say that Leon and Vicki at Physio Extra really go above and beyond for their patients. They are both knowledgeable and experienced - and are really committed to ensuring the fastest possible recovery time. They are reasonably priced and they have one of the best shockwave machines in London - particularly good for chronic tendon issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
